1. Modify addicted rule and addicted program
Old rule only judge addicted or not, but I hope the rule can show the degree of addiction. For this reason, I sum total playing time of gamers during three months.

2. Modify RTLevel rule and RTLevel program
Old rule is the difference between the time of gamers play and general gamers play, not the rate of leveling up.
Old rule: RTLevel = (the time of leveling up - GTime) / GTime
New rule: RTLevel = the time of leveling up / GTime

3. Continue to collect data(in 12th week, last week)
